Pricing

One workflow. One monthly price. One outcome.

Halden charges per workflow per month. The price you see is what the workflow costs to run, monitor, and iterate.

01 / 06 How it works

You contract for a workflow. Halden owns it.

A workflow is a unit of work your business currently does. Lead intake · Inbox triage · Missed-call recovery · Partner-pack reporting · AP intake

You pick a workflow. We design it, build it into your stack, and operate it. You pay one monthly price for as long as the workflow runs. We own monitoring and iteration — when the work changes, the workflow changes; when something needs to be fixed, we fix it.

You don't learn a tool. You don't assemble agents. You don't maintain a Zapier graph that decays in a quarter. You contract for the outcome.

02 / 06 The four tiers

Tiers scale across six dimensions at once.

Customers don't move up by adding a single feature. They move up when their workflow demands more on multiple dimensions — more tools, more iteration, more orchestration, or human judgment in the loop.

Tier 0

Templated self-serve.

$499–$999 / workflow / month
Setup fee · $0

The anchor template is missed-call recovery — the workflow picks up missed calls, replies via SMS, books the appointment, and updates your calendar. You connect Twilio and your calendar; the template runs. No human conversation required; no Halden build time; no setup fee. Self-serve through OAuth, kept simple by design.

Activation

Workflow source

Tools integrated

Iteration
None — set it; re-pick if needed.
Human-in-the-loop

Where it fits
Single-location SMB; lean operator.
Tier 1

Managed templated.

$1,500 / workflow / month
Setup fee · $0 standard

Halden's volume tier. Most agencies and professional services firms land here. We take a workflow from the template gallery — lead intake, inbox triage, client onboarding admin, partner-pack reporting — and build it into your stack. Quarterly check-ins; we tune routing and prompts on signal. You don't touch the agents. The workflow runs.

Tier 2

Managed iterated multi-tool.

$2,500–$3,500 / workflow / month
Setup fee · $1,500

This is where Halden's "we own iteration" moat compounds. The workflow spans 4–6 tools. We orchestrate across them, and review the workflow's output monthly. When the data shape changes, when the routing logic needs an update, when an exception pattern emerges, we adjust before you notice. Tier 2 is the iteration tier — you pay for the ongoing tuning, not just the build.

Iteration
Monthly review cadence. We proactively iterate.
Human-in-the-loop
Optional approval queue for sensitive outputs.
Where it fits
Multi-tool, multi-system workflows where tuning compounds.
Tier 3

Custom and HITL.

$5,000 / workflow / month
Setup fee · $3,000

Two ways into Tier 3: (a) the workflow is genuinely custom — no template fits, the tool stack is unusual, the work is multi-system orchestration; or (b) the workflow has decisions in it where AI shouldn't decide alone. Tier 3 is the only tier with humans in the loop by default. The team works inside the operations.

Activation
Halden designs from scratch.
Workflow source
Custom-designed; doesn't fit a template.

Human-in-the-loop
HITL by default — humans where AI shouldn't decide.
Where it fits
Custom or sensitive workflows; ACV justifies HITL.
03 / 06 In every tier

What every workflow comes with.

  • Design. We scope the workflow, map the data, and architect the agent.
  • Build. We integrate with your tools via OAuth. No installs, no scripts, no scope creep.
  • Monitoring. We watch the workflow run. When something fails, we fix it. When something patterns toward failing, we patch it before it does.
  • Iteration. We update prompts, routing, and exception handling as the work changes — at the cadence your tier specifies.
  • Self-hosted infrastructure. Halden runs on Limbic Labs' own infrastructure (open-source stack, Docker-deployed, no external SaaS dependencies for the agent layer). You control which OAuth scopes you grant; we use minimum-necessary access.
  • Brand-voiced output. Drafts read like your brand, not like a generic AI tool. Voice spec is part of the build.
04 / 06 Volume and commitment

Add more workflows. Commit annually. Pay less.

Multi-workflow discount.

Customers running multiple workflows get a recurring discount on every workflow.

15%
off recurring — at 3 or more workflows, across all of them.
25%
off recurring — at 5 or more workflows, across all of them.

The discount applies the moment the threshold is hit and continues for as long as the workflow count holds.

Annual prepay.

Choose annual billing instead of monthly.

2 months free

Same workflows, same scope, paid up front for the year.

The discounts compound. A 5-workflow account on annual prepay sees the 25% multi-workflow discount applied to a 10-month-equivalent annual price.

05 / 06 Moving up the ladder

When workflows demand more, the tier follows.

Upgrades are not a feature unlock. A workflow upshifts in tier when its dimensions change.

The customer doesn't have to figure out which tier they need on day one. The diagnosis call sizes the workflow honestly. As the work changes, we adjust the tier.

06 / 06 Where to start

Map your operational debt. We'll size the workflow.

The fastest path to knowing which tier your business needs is the Operational Debt Blueprint — a 30-question diagnostic that maps your workflows, ranks them by automation readiness, and recommends which one to tackle first and at which tier.

You can also book a diagnosis call directly if you'd rather talk through it with someone.
