The First Client Guarantee: if that client doesn't earn you $2,000 in 90 days, Halden pays the difference.

    50% lifetime recurring revenue share.

    For every client you introduce who becomes a paying Halden customer, you receive 50% of every dollar they pay, for the life of their account. Across Halden's tier ladder ($499–$5,000 per workflow per month), partner monthly earnings range $250–$2,500 per client per workflow.

    Limited-time framing: partners who sign their first referred client before the deadline lock lifetime rev share. After the deadline, 2 years. The 50% rate itself is permanent for all partners; only the duration changes.

    True zero-touch done-for-you.

    You make one warm intro. Halden handles everything after — sales call, diagnosis, contract, onboarding, OAuth wizard, workflow build, monthly reviews, support, retention, expansion, win-back.

    You receive: a recurring monthly deposit, a dashboard view of "your clients," and a quarterly partner report. Zero operational burden.

  3. 03

    Authority Amplification Engine.

    Halden makes the partner look like the operational genius, not us. Co-branded case studies. Co-authored vertical "Operational Debt Index" editions, distributed on both brands. Client dashboards carry "powered by [partner]" attribution where appropriate. Halden also routes prospects who need fractional COO / EOS / strategic-ops services back to the partner — non-competing reciprocity.

    The partner becomes the strategist. Halden becomes the execution layer.

    The First Client Guarantee.

    If your first referred client doesn't generate at least $2,000 in partner revenue within 90 days of their first payment, Halden pays the difference.

    Conditions: client remains active for 90 days (no refunds / chargebacks). Partner made a genuine warm intro (not a bought lead list). One guarantee per partner — first client only.

    Co-branded research artifact.

    "The 2026 Operational Debt Index — [Partner Vertical] Edition." A co-published research report. Halden produces; partner reviews and approves. Distributed to both audiences. Attribution tracking via partner-tagged landing page.

    What you get: a credit-shared lead magnet for your audience with zero production burden. Available to any signed partner — not marquee-only.

  6. 06

    Free Tier-0 for your own ops. Marquee-only

    The top 1–2 signed marquee partners receive Halden Tier-0 — missed-call recovery or equivalent templated workflow — deployed on the partner's own business, free of charge.

    Capacity constraint: 1–2 marquee partners only. Selection criteria: strongest commercial fit, genuine ops pain Halden can solve, partner willing to provide a testimonial if the experience is positive. Not a scalable offer — by design.
